How to add OOS reason during the visit

OOS (Out Of Stock) are the cases when a particular SKU is not available at a point of sale. At the same time, information about these trade units is already in the reports, and their price tags are displayed on the shelves.

Note

The list of reasons is configured individually for the project, and may differ in different tasks of the visit (categories, points of sale, etc.).

If there is no product from the matrix on the shelf, you can indicate the reason and specify, why an item is out of stock.

  1. In a visit or in a specific task of the visit, go to the "Results" tab.
  2. In the list of missing SKU, find your product and click Reason.
  3. Select a reason and tap on it.
  4. Click Take a photo and and photoprove the situation.

After adding a photoprove, the OOS reason will appear next to the selected SKU in the list.
