Quickstart
The Eyrene mobile application is used to visit points of sale, take photos of the product display and collect the result of the visit. Before you start visits in-app visits, learn more about Setup and Maintain Image Recognition.
If your smartphone or tablet meets the specifications, download Eyrene from the link below or search for it in the app store.
Find an app in the store
- Go to the app store:
- Type Eyrene in the search field and open the app in the list.
- Install Eyrene.
Now launch Eyrene log in to the system.
To start working with the application, log in with a PIN code, or email and password. The credentials can be obtained from either your manager, or the Eyrene Project Coordinator in your organization.
Note
Before the authorization, make sure that your device is connected to the Internet. You will need a working connection to log in.
- Open the app on your device.
- Enter your PIN. If necessary, enter your email address and password and click on «Login».
- If the credentials entered incorrectly, the system will inform you about it. In this case, please check them and try again.
If this is your first time in the system, Eyrene will offer to register your profile.
- Fill in the form fields. Confirm data with your manager, or with Eyrene project coordinator in your organization.
- Click ✔.
Note
Depending on the project settings, there may be also some additional fields in the registration window.
The profile has been added successfully, you can edit it at any time.
Now you can select a store and start a visit.
To start your visit, select the store you are auditing.
- Click on the Stores tab.
- Find and open a point of sale card. This can be done using filters, search field or map.
- In the store window, click Start Visit.
The visit has begun, now you can do the tasks.
During the visit the app will prompt you to complete tasks: take a photo of goods, or fill out a questionnaire. The tasks in the visit are divided into groups, and can be either mandatory or optional.
- Open the Tasks tab.
- Expand the detailed list next to the task group, and select a task
- Complete the task goals and view the results.
- Click ← to return to the visit tasks list. A completed task is marked with a ✔ icon.
- Complete the remaining tasks.
When you complete all tasks, check the results of the tasks and visit.
In the application, you can view both the results of the task and the overall results of the visit. Preliminary results will begin to arrive immediately after completing the first task.
To update the results, your device must be connected to the Internet.
Note
The results of the visit, as well as task results, are both updated in real time. When you take a new photo or answer a questionnaire, the results may change. To update the information, click Refresh.
- Open the completed task.
- Click the Results tab and expand the details.
- Review the results, make sure they are correct. If not, correct the situation and re-take the photo.
- Check the result again.
- Go to the next task.
After checking the results for all tasks, check the result of the visit.
- In the list of visit tasks, go to the Results tab and expand the details.

After checking all the results, end the visit.
Attention
Make sure that all the data and results within the tasks are correct. A completed visit cannot be edited.
After completing all the tasks and check the tasks and visit results, please end the visit. The application will not let you end the visit in case the compulsory tasks haven’t been completed.
- In the visit window, сlick the 3 dots in the top right corner.
- Select End Visit.
The visit will go to the History tab in the main app window, and will be available for viewing and delete.
